LOCATION: 50 m away from the center and 500 m away from the ski runs.
CAPACITY: • 4-storey building • 2 lifts • 35 double rooms (max. 2 persons, 25 m2) • 15 Double rooms with balcony (max. 2 persons, 35 m2) • 8 Family suite (max. 2+2/3+1 persons, 60 m2).
GENERAL INFORMATION: The complex consists of two buildings: Hotel Trinity Residence&SPA and Apart Hotel Trinity Residence&SPA.
The guest accommodated in the Aparthotel building use the same public areas as the guests accommodated in the hotel building. The main restaurant, the lobby and the bar are located in the hotel building. The SPA Center is situated between the hotel and Aparthotel buildings.
One of the entrances of the Aparthotel has a warm link with the hotel. The other two entrances are passing through the underground parking.
BOARD BASIS: BB (buffet breakfast) / HB (breakfast and dinner).
CHILDREN POLICY: Tourists aged between 2 - 11.99 years old are considered children by the hotel.
NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER (31.12.2019): compulsory. Special rate for children between 2 and 11.99 years old.
MINIMUM STAY: 4 nights in period 28.12.2019 – 02.01.2020 / 3 nights in period 20.12.2019 -27.12.2019 & 01.03.2020 – 10.03.2020.

Please, be informed, that the Bulgarian Government just issued a new restriction order. All visitors, entering Bulgaria after 29 January, should submit a document, showing a negative PCR test. The test should be conducted up to 72 hours before entering the country.
The document must contain the names of the person according to the ID card with which he travels, data on the laboratory that performed the study (name, address, or other contact details), the date on which it was made the study, written in Latin method (PCR) and negative result (Negative).
As Trinity Residence Team fully understands the uncomfortable situation for your tourists, we decided to cover 25 euro per person from the booking price. The sum will be deducted from each invoice. The only condition is each guest shows a negative PCR test upon arrival.
The discount is eligible for reservations with a minimum stay of 5 nights, check-in after 29.01.2021. It applies to both new and already confirmed reservations.
