GENERAL INFORMATION: the hotel was built in year 2007 and renovated in 2021.
CAPACITY: • 7 building • 4/5-storey building • 7 lifts • 25 studios (max. 2 persons, 46 m²) • 31 1-bedroom apartments (max. 2+2/3 persons, 48 m²) • 29 2-bedroom apartments (max. 4+2/5 persons, 60 m²) • 6 3-bedroom apartments (max. 6+2/7 persons, 95 m²) • 2 room for disabled (max. 2 persons).
BOARD BASIS: RO (no meal) / BB (breakfast) / HB (breakfast and dinner - buffet or menu).
CHILDREN POLICY: Tourists aged between 4-11.99 years old are considered children by the hotel.

NOTE: City Tax (2 BGN) payable on spot at Reception per person per day.
