LOCATION: 12 km away from Bansko resort and 6 km away from Razlog. 
GENERAL INFORMATION: the complex was built in year 2011 and renovated (painted) in year 2022. 
CAPACITY: • 5 districts (Downtown, Lake, Pirin 1, Pirin 3, Main hotel building) • lifts • Standard double rooms (max. 2+1 persons, 35 m²) • Superior double rooms (max. 2+1 persons, 35 m²) • Junior suites (max. 2+1 persons, 45 m²) • 1-bedroom apartments (max. 2+2 persons, 71 m²) • 2-bedroom apartments Delux (max. 4+2 persons, 140 m²) • 2 Luxe House (max. 6+2 persons, twoo floors, three bedrooms, 195-307 m²).
BOARD BASIS: BB (breakfast) or HB (breakfast and dinner).  Lunch package for the ski slopes. 
CHILDREN POLICY: Tourists aged between 7 - 13.99 years old are considered children by the hotel.
